Lester B. Pearson International Airport is about 32 kilometers of downtown Toronto in nearby Mississauga. Canada's busiest airport caters to airlines serving 300 destinations in 60 countries.

To reach Toronto from the airport, use the Macdonald-Cartier Freeway, the Airport Expressway or Hwy 427. Although the airport is only a short distance away from Toronto town, but be aware that trip from airport into Toronto town could take more than an hour during weekday's rush hours.

Public transportation in Toronto

The north-south subway extends from Union Station on the south to as far north as Sheppard Avenue on the University Spadina line, and to Finch on the Yonge line. On the Bloor-Danforth line, east-west cars travel from Kennedy Road on the east to Kipling Avenue on the west. The Sheppard line offers east-west travel from Yonge Street in the west to Don Mills Road in the east.

Rapid Transit (RT) provides eastern connections from Kennedy Road to McCowan Station in the east end.
