Your hotel room booking procedure
In order to complete your transaction, you must fill out on-line form and read all the rules, restrictions and policies. By booking online you agree to give your personal information and credit card for payment. You must be over 18 years in order to book your hotel room on eNetHotels.com.
Prepaid hotel reservation
We charge you credit card at the time you booked online. All hotel reservations
on www.eNetHotels.com are prepaid. If you do not want to pay for your
reservation at the time of booking, you must not use our hotel booking service.
Hotel room booking confirmation
After your booking we will provide you the confirmation. It is your
responsibility to provide the confirmation to the hotel at check-in. Lack of
confirmation may cause the hotel not honor your reservation. So you should have
you confirmation with you at check-in.
Some times hotel can search your reservation by our company name or by guest name. You may call our customer service for assistance. We will try to help you, but we still encourage our customers to have confirmation printed from your email and present at the time of check-in.
Cancel/Change your reservation
You can cancel/change your reservation at any time, but it is important for you to understand the cancel/change policy of the hotel that you booked. Each hotel has different cancel/change polices.
At eNetHotels.com’s home page, when you select your dates, click search and on next page you will have list of available hotels of your selected dates. Please read description and policies of the hotel that you want to book.
Before you continue booking online, we will redirect you to the page where you review your hotel reservation detail, which also contains cancel/change policy of that specific hotel. You have to tick the box which says, “I have read and agree to the Rules, Restrictions and Cancellation/Changes policy.”
If you do not agree, please do not continue with your online booking.
Late arrival
Our best rate reservations are prepaid because we guarantee your room for late
arrival, so prepayment guarantees your booking.
Hotel description, amenities, hotel types &
hotel room types, amenities
Hotels description on our website such as hotel description, amenities
(Jacuzzi, Fitness centre, Laundry facility etc.), hotel category (luxury,
budget, standard etc.), hotel room types and amenities (standard room, deluxe
room etc.) is provided to us by hotels. We did no go to each hotel to collect
hotel description and pictures. It is your (guest) responsibility and essential
to know the hotel standard that you are booking. Please do your research before
booking. In your online booking procedure you will get the links to hotel
features, policies, room & rates etc.
Please be sure that you check the hotel categories (luxury, budget, standard etc.) carefully.

are not controlled by eNetHotels.com, therefore we are not responsible of
terms, conditions and polices of linked websites. When you click any of
these links, it is essential to know that you are leaving eNetHotels.com

and privacy policy of third party website.
If hotel will not honor your booking on your
arrival
When you book your hotel room, we will provide you the confirmation number at the time of booking and also by email. Then we will confirm your room with the hotel. To the best of our knowledge your hotel room booking and confirmation is valid and guaranteed for late arrival. If you have problem please call us for assistance and refer to your confirmation number.
Complaints
In unfortunate condition, if you are disappointed with your stay. Please contact the hotel directly. If you are not happy with the resolution, please fax or email us and we will contact the hotel in your behalf.
